Insurance Reimbursement

In this section, there is information about how to deal with insurance companies such that my professional services can be reimbursed. You should know that even if insurance were to cover most of the cost, there would still be a co-payment of several hundred dollars for an evaluation, and about 50% of the treatment fee, which is $150 per session. Only call Dr. Thomas if the above has been understood.
